Universe Whose Only Resource is a User ?

I’m seeing a couple of universes in the repository where the only resource is a user, I don’t see any group level association.

Is the user the only person who can import/export or otherwise use the universe?

It’s impossible to export a universe to the repository unless it was exported to a group…right? So the universes I’m looking at must have been disassociated from the group(s) at some point. Right ?

Yes, you are correct. That universe must have been unlinked to its original group(s) by a Supervisor, then linked to that one user.
