Universe Cannot Be Found WIS 00501

I have this error while trying to refresh a report using Webi Rich client only via Citrix .

When I try it using same login ID in a machine which has client tools installed on the machine i donot see this error?

Any thoughts?

We use SAP BOBJ 4.2 SP3 on Unix

try editing the report and then change data source to universe you can see if that works in rich client
