Unhandled exception : code c0000005

I installed BOXIR2 SP2,Productivity Pack(Voyager),SP3,SP4,FP4.1,FP4.2,FP4.3 and SP5 softwares on Prod server.

Everything is working fine except Desktop Intelligence report.

From Infoview i’m running DeskI report then i’m getting error .
When am i creating new deski report in infoview i’m getting error and also when am i creating new deski report from Desktop intelligence tool .

Please suggest how to solve the issue. It’s very very Urgent.

Error is like :

Are you able to login to Desktop intelligence through the Deski client?
Try creating the report after login to Deski through client and check whether you are able to and let us know the result.

Hi , We are a logging in to Deski client and it pop’s up with the following error.

Attached is the error we are experiencing. steps performed are

  1. Opened Desktop Intelligence client prompts this error. (attached in the notepad)

  2. tried to click on a Deski gives the following errors attached

We had freshly installed Sp2, SP3, SP4, SP5 with all the fix packs.
The credentials used were Administrator which comes by default.
