uncheck LOV in multiple objects in one go

Hi
I would like to uncheck “Associated List of Value” for multiple objects in one go.
As when you insert objects in universe it automatically select that option, In my universe there are almost 300 objects. Is there any way , so that I can avoid to uncheck this one by one and can do in one go.
