Unable to see drildown or dril up in view mode.

Hi All,

I am unable to see drill up and drill down options in menu when i don’t have data at first level in view mode, but in edit mode i am able to get both options whether level have data or have no data.

what can i do for get those options in view mode.

please help me.

May I know which Service pack you have?and Is this XI3 or XIR2? I think for XIR2 SP3 we have the solution for this problem

The version that we use is BO XI R2 SP4. Could you share the solution.
