unable to schedule report

Hi,

I am woring in BO XIR3.1

i am trying to schedule a WEB I report in CMC

i a geting this following error

source file error. [Invalid argument]: [CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged]

I am trying to schedule a report and save the report is a particular file location. So I scheduled the report and in Destination\File Location i gave the path where to store, but when I do this my report fails and the error it gives is 'source file error. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged: Invalid argument '. Can someone help me. Thnx

i tried the options mentioned there but i am unable to succeceed

In that one of the option mnetioned to check in the
Unmanaged Disk Destination Default Settings Valid is set to true

but in my setingd it id set to false.

please suggest me the steps to change it to true.

or

Kindly sugest me a solution to solve this issue
