unable to rename promotion job in BO 4.2sp5

Hi,

In BO 4.2Sp5, im part of administrator group and I’m able to create\Edit & even delete promotion management job but I’m unable to re-name the job.
Also the properties button is greayed out.

Can anyone suggest me which right I need to use to gain access

Was it a file import job? If so, the properties can’t be changed.
