Unable to open Excel files with double-click

Hello everybody,

I’ve been using Xcelsius for some hours and now I notice I’m not able to open an excel file with a double-click: excel opens but it doesn’t show my excel file. I’m still able to open it from inside excel but it’s a bit annoying. I’ve reboot my system but I continue to get the same problem. Maybe Xcelsius just changed something in my excel configuration but cannot imagine what.

I’m using Xcelsius 2008 SP3 within Windows xP SP3.

Has anybody met the same problem?

Hello all, After I installed Xcelsius 2008 and launched for the first time, I now find that I am unable to open an Excel spreadsheet from Windows Explorer by either double clicking the file or right clicking and selecting “Open With” . When I do this, Excel comes up and is blank. If I then select File/Open I am able to open the file with no problem. Any ideas? Thanks, Urwethe urwethe (BOB member since 2008-11-25)
