Hello forum
The problem that I am facing is the following
I want to study how the audinting reports are built, so I am connecting to the BI platform using Crystal reports enterprise, afterwards I navigate to the auditing reports and the problem is that each time I try to open some crystal reports the desktop application (Crystal reports enterprise) gets stuck (Not responding)

The BI platform is in a server behind a firewall
Crystal reports enterprise is in my laptop
Have you faced something similar? Which ports should I open? In which logs could I look for more information of this issue?
