Unable to find CA certificates for job server

Hi, experts

My Data Services worked fine before today. I wanted to execute a job (only with a script in it) this morning. The Designer said the job server you selected is not running and it was still not work after restarting the windows service of Data Services.
So I went to the Server Manager to check the problem. But I can’t edit the existing job server or create a new job server. When I connected to repository database, there was an error message said “unable to find CA certificates for job server. Make sure that the CA certificates for job server certificate exist in the LINK_DIR/ssl/trusted_certs folder. (BODI-320050)”.

My environment
OS: windows server 2008 r2
DS: Data Services 4.1 sp2
Repository DB: Oracle 11g

The files under “LINK_DIR/ssl/trusted_certs” are:

  1. DS_IntermediateCA_[machine name]_cert.crt
  2. DS_Root_CA_[machine name]_cert.crt
  3. jssecacerts
  4. sfsf_api.crt
  5. sslks.key

the possible reason (the operations I done between DS fine point and this error point):

  1. I migrated the ETL job from a 14.0.0 repository to this repository. First, I used old Repository Manager create a repository of version 14.0, Second, I added this repository to CMC. Third, I used export to repository in Designer to migrate ETL Job. Then I used new Repository Manager to update repository to 14.2. At last, I added this repository to new CMC and deleted it from old CMC.
Maybe there are some old configuration in repository cause this problem?

  2. I created multiple repositories and users in CMC, and linkd them one by one (one user with one repository related only). It was fine with one repository and two users (not the Administrator) connect with it

I have reinstalled the DS (repair install), but it was not work.

Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you very much.

I solved the problem by reinstalling the IPS and DS. I also congfiued the multi-user development environment as before, there is nothing wrong with DS.

So, I still have no idea about the cause of this problem. I hope someone can help me.

I will try to reproduce this problem and record more detailed situation.

Hi, everyone

Maybe I found the cause of this prolem. It’s the time of the OS.

My colleague changed the time of OS to 2011.07 for a test, and it is before the time I installed the DS.
