we have done a migration from 6.5 to xir2 and when i try to export documents to repository using the adminsitrator then i can export , but when i try using the migrated usernames then i dont get the export screeen .
please advise i have checked the rights and the user has rights to export documents to repository.

How are you exporting the documents to the repository? Which documents are you talking about?

I mean only the users who are imported cannot export the deski reports to respository .
the path i have checked is CMC- Bo applications – DesktopIntell-- Send documents to repository.
the Adnminsitrator is able to export deski reports but not the users who are migrated from 6.5

only when i change this options in CMC - settings - everyone full control the only all users can export
i diont want that i want specific users to export only

You need to disable the right to Everyone group in advanced rights and enable the same right to required user by adding that user into
Home>Settings and
Home > BusinessObjects Enterprise Applications >Desktop Intelligence

i have given No access in settings main CMC page then added this user in Desktop Intell and gave export rights but still he is unable to export
