Unable to download address directories

I followed the email to the directory update and I see the link but it says “No Data Available”. Has anyone else seen this before? I can’t figure out if the update is unavailable or maybe its a our licensing. hmmmm

I think you need SAP account to login to portal to download the directories

We had the same issue. I spoke with a SAP consultant and got to know that we need to pay subscription fees (monthly I think) to download some directories.
