Unable to delete OFRS files

Hi,
We have been getting warning messages on the Windows event viewer -

“Unable to delete file from the file repository. Make sure a File Repository S"erver is running and registered and enabled. Details : File system operation for frs://output/a_152/234/038/2550424/ on File Repository Server failed. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator for event log information.”

We researched that this is becuase of a known bug with BOXI3.1 and is resolved in Fix pack 1.1. However before applying this pack we would like to delete all of the OFRS files that couldnt be dleted as per the warnings. So trying to check if these warnings get stored in any log file. So that we can perform a bulk delete using MS DOS commands from the command line isntead of manually one by one. Any help on this will be highly appreciated since we are reaching a space crunch.

Thanks for the reply.
I have already read through that post and in my case it doesnt help because we alreayd have the OFRS on a different network drive other than where the BO is installed. And it is that drive that is running out of space since the files/instances are not getting deleted though instance limit is already set.

So my only solution is applying fixpack, however since that needs tetsing on dev env and we dont have that much time . I am looking at a quicker solution.

Use the reposcan utility, as suggested in your original thread.
