whenever i try to create a new user in the Supervisor, i get “Operation failed : ADM0015”
We tried “scan and repair” option. Problem didnt solve.
Tried database restart, problem didnt solve.
We are able to create user in Validation Environment .only in Production we get this error.
can you please help, we need to add some users on urgent basis.
PS: we are able to delete and reset password.
PPS: we use BO 6.5.1
