Unable to create a new connection folder or rename the connection folder under connections on IDT although I’m using the Admin account.
Check your User Security settings of the top level Connections folder within the CMC.
Is there something there restricting the creation of a new folder and renaming of an existing folder?

I can’t seem find anything that’s blocking me to create folders and i use the Administrator account that has full control…
