unable to connect to desinger

Hi Bober’s
I am facing this error with the desinger.
I was able to log in some time ago,but suddenly after I closed it and tried to log in back I face this problem.

Please advice me what should be taken care of.

What happens when you try to login? What is the error message?

Hi Michael ,

When I try to log in it gives me that error message which I attached in previous post. And then nothing come up.

Can you post the error message, so people don’t have to download a file? Some people can’t download files at work.

This is the error msg:

designer.exe – unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because tools.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

OK, so you have a missing, or corrupt, DLL. Run the installer and choose Repair.
