Turning Page icon in Webi 6.5.1

There is a little page icon that displays along with the message “Please wait while the document is processing”

Mine is missing after the run query button is pushed from using prompts in a FC report.

For some odd reason, my client is asking me to get this back. It is only after the query is running that it DOES not show up.

Other users it shows up fine, which leads me to believe my profile is hosed?

The icon shows up before the prompts come up. Any ideas?

Hi,

  1. did you change your skin ?
  2. what do you see ? A red cross icon, meaning the image can’t be found ? Or nothing at all ?
  3. Did you look at the html code for the ‘waiting’ page ? What’s different between you and other users ? (not the asp code, but the source in your internet browser)

Actually, if i change an option in IE in the Internet Options from checking for newer stored pages from every visit to the page to automatically, the icon re-appears.

That solved the issue.
