Turn off LOV by default for entire Universe?

I am about to create a universe where I will have a lot of objects and where I do not want List of Values (LOV) for any of the objects. I know that I can right click on every individual objects to manually uncheck LOV, but is there a way in the universe parameters where I can make LOV unallowed for that universe? Or at least so that LOV are not created by default.

It’s not a universe level or CMC level setting. That said, there is a bit of VBA code posted here that could help.
