Trying to create an Oracle repository from UNIX repoman

Pointed to 64B Oracle library path

I am trying to create an Oracle repostory using the repoman on UNIX. I am entering the following at the command line:

./repoman –UDSROWNER –PD3rv40w –SDSRVD –tlocal –NORACLE –c -d

I am getting the following error:
BODI-320006: Cannot open connection ot the repository. The error message from the underlying DBMS is <OCI call for connection failed: .>.
An error occurred during local repository creation.

Any ideas?
