Hi everybody.
We have a customer that runs BO 6.5 on a Bank and it uses for reports and also customer statements where the Customer/account is the shearch criteria.
We would like to know if we can audit and log the users that have invoked that particular report to produce the statement for that particular customer or account.Resuming we need to log all users that have produced statements for those customers or accounts.

Does your customer is using only webi or both webi and BO Full client (now called deski)?

Are you looking for audits @database level plus BO level?

They use BO 6.5 enterpise and acess the reports via infoview.
What they need for now is to log the acess to specific reports plus the customer number (search criteria) they gave to print the statement.

If all the user activty is through infoview you can use BO auditor … to log report access

Regarding the data you need to have a look to the Database level
