Tool tips in Crystal report charts ?

I know this question was posted before but wasn’t really answered.
Here is what I am trying to do. I am able to see tool tips when hovering with mouse tip over a bar in my chart (pls see screenshot) but it does not work in Infoview when previewing the report (using DHTML viewer).
Is there anyway to make it working in Infoview?

Try the activeX viewer, the DHTML one can`t do that…
