Tomcat error on opendocument

hi everyone,

i’ve a report with links to another report. I develop it with internet explorer and it work!
Now, i try to use Edge and when i click on a link i get this message error:

HTTP Status 500 - org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.crystaldecisions.sdk.framework.IEnterpriseSession.getClusterName() of a null object loaded from local variable ‘session’

any ideas on how to solve this situation?

What version of Business Objects are you using? Older versions are not supported on Edge.

Sap BO 4.1 SP 5
Reports run correctly; filtering, drill etc etc… i have the problem with the opendocument

Edge isn’t supported in 4.1 SP5

so open it with iexplore - the same error?

Try putting Edge in Internet Explorer mode. Go to Settings, Default browser and add your link to the Internet Explorer pages.

sorry for my late, i was on holiday.
i resolved the problem. I have modified the path link; it was a relative path …/…/opendocument; i explicit the server and now it goes.
