TO delete an universe

Hi

I had developed an universe (BOXIR2) and exported to the folder.
Now i dont want that universe; i logged to CMC and tried to delete that universe. But is not getting deleted.

i dont to see that universe please help me how do i delete

You need to have the correct permissions set to delete the universe.

you mean delete from repository or delete the file from your local disk??

Can you delete universe from your local disk from CMC.

The inital post stated that the universe was exported.
Therefore this is clearly related to deleting the universe from the repository (via CMC), which does require that one has the appropriate rights to see and delete the object in question.

Hi Andreas,

as Initial post also says that he had tried to delete means delete option is available and he is able to delete. so it should not be the rights issue…

No.

Not at all, the delete button will still be available even if the appropriate permissions are not set.

So if it is rights issue.Can you please tell me how do i go about it. What seetings i need to do in CMC; so that i can delete the universe.
