Hi ,
I am using the latest Crystal Dashboard and using excel to build my logic.
I have a field that calculates duration and returns it as number 60 = 1 hour.
I created a time bucket using If statement and defined my values as 0-15, 16-30, 31-45, 46-60, 1:00-1:30, 1:31-2:00, Over Two Hours.
I am using a combo box to filter data from the source sheet to another sheet where I build all the logic.
Afterwards I used =Countif to calculate all rows that are true in the logic tab.
What is interesting/ weird that 1:00 -1:30 and 1:31-2:00 when I bind it to any component it will not return any data, but if I export a excel snapshot clearly there is a value. I do not understand what is going on ?
Should I not be able to define whatever values I want as long as it is in double quotes ?
