The system cannot find the path specified - Scheduling error

I am getting an error when scheduling a report in webi. We have B0 4.0 SP3. THe reports runs just fine when manually running it, but always shows “failed” when I try to schedule either as excel or pdf. I tried changing the destination to file, inbox, email and it shows the same error no matter what the final destination type is of the final output type is. This reports works only when refreshing manually in webi and save as excel or csv or pdf. :hb:

Hi there ,

where are you scheduling your report to ? It only works if the server has access to the specified directoy. For instance, you can´t scedule a report to your hard disk because the server cannot reach it.

Had xactly the same issue, turned out to be a special charachter in the report name. In our case a ‘/’ which would not work in the excel or pdf scheduling

Removed this and no problem :smiley:
