The preferences icon don't respond

Hello, :lol:

When I Logon into Infoview XI 3.1and I click on the preferences icon the preference of Infoview does not load so I can not apply change of preference.

Check if the User ID that you are using to logon to Infoview has the permission set in CMC to alter preferences.

You need to give the grand access Change user’s preferences in CMC.

Navigation path CMC Home–> Applications
Check the user rights for the user at Application>Infoview

Thanks a lot for your answer,

The problem was fixed.

Under Applications / Infoview / properties / Display I select the Display preferences buton.

And now it is work fine.
