The Page can't be displayed

Previously the report was ok but now everytime I refresh the report after sometime the error message " The Page can’t be displayed".
I use WebI 6.1.3 on Windows 2000 with Oracle DB 9.2
I have edit the report and check the SQL query on the report, it has two Select statement.
Another report with only one Select Statement run smoothly.
Is there any settings on Oracle Client or WebI parameter i’ve to check ?
Please somebody help me how to solve this.

Can you refresh the report in Java Report Panel? Can you execute each select statement using your oracle client?

Yes, you are correct, I run all the report previously under Java Report Panel. I haven’t touch the report for months already. I’m very sure it will solve the problem.
