Hi all,
I keep having this error “The connection necessary to refresh document is not available.” when I try to refresh a report, - I’ve created another valid connection for the universe, - I’ve scanned the repository for any corruption…, the scan was successful.
The connection is secured, and when I tested it within Supervisor module, I got the message “The server is responding”. I don’t know what else to do, any help will be appreciated Thanks

I think the universe has been moved to a diff repository/domain without any change in name. If it is, please follow the steps to solve the problem: 1. Open the .bqy file
2. Edit the query and click on Run (do not refresh) 3. Save the query as a .bqy file using the same name as before.
Jonathan: This problem occurs in our BO 4.1.x environment, when I made a new connection, I’ve exported the universe and replace the old one. Ravi: it’s the same universe domain, so bqy file should be Ok.
It’s strange, In my experience with BO, it’s the first time that I get this kind of error message.
I will get arround this issue by tomorrow if today I don’t know why I got this error.
