Text over images in Lumira Designer

So I need to be able to drop some text boxes (dynamic data) on top of an image. It appears that I cannot do this. So the question is, is there a work around to do this?

Lumira Designer version 2.1 SP0 (Version 21.0.0). If it matters, using a universe as a data source.

Apparently there is an issue with that version. Version 2.3 SP0 does not have that issue. Thank you SAP for a fast response and good information.
