teradata.sbo and connections

I have a detailed question about the teradata.sbo file as it relates to Teradata 12. When we have the following section in our teradata.sbo file, our secured connections no longer work. When we take that section out, they seem to work. The section only relates to Teradata 12, so I’m trying to figure out what would cause this. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
