Taking long time to start webi

We have a server on which BCA is configured and when we are trying to open the admin panel we could not view anything and so we tried to restart the webi server.It is taking so long to stop the webi server and it is popping up webintelligence is stopping.

We need to rertsart the webi to see the webi.

Any idea how this can be resolved.

It is working.
