I am having issue in WebI 4.1, here I am trying to open Dashbord .xlf file in WebI 4.1 in Dev environment, it is taking long time and also keep on saying initializing.
Could you please let me know if you have any suggestions to change the configuration at the CMC level.

Does it ever finish opening?
Are you opening the XLF or the SWF? If it says “Initializing” that sounds like the SWF.
If you want to open the XLF, you’re going to need to have SAP Dashboard Designer installed.
Are you able to open other dashboards?
“Initializing” happens before the first data load, so it’s not an issue with anything BO can help with. Things you will want to check include your Flash client, the size of the SWF file, and whether it behaves the same on other systems.
