Take BOCP Examination

I am new to Business Objects and I would like to take BOCP examination for all the three levels.

My question is do we need any practical experience in order to go through these examinations in a much easier way.

Pl. do suggest me.

Although why you’d like to take an exam with no practical experience is beyond me.
