We have BO version 3 and the old dashboard manager and performance manager modules but do not have all the latest service packs, currently at sp2 - yes I know old but reasons due to other systems and java versions. On our Live dashboard on an intermitent basis but seemingly getting more frequent when users try to navigate through the dashboard to a lower level tab the other tabs and the rest of the dashboard menu disappear and it looks as though they are just in a single report without WEBI options either, apart from those you would see when looking at a report through the viewer analytic.
Has anybody else experienced this? Are there any known fixes?
