Table names that store user details during checkin/check out

Hi ,

Can some one let us know the table details that stores the user names / logon details when some one transports code from one environment to another ?
we would also require the tables that store user info and time stamp when get latest version is done from central repository

We searched in few tables like AT_ATTR, AL_SCHEMA, AL_LANG . yet we are not getting user names and timestamp :hb:
