Table across many pages

HI.

I have a table with ~ 500 rows…
It is split across 3 pages in the report…

How can I keep it on one page plleeeeease…

I can’t see the option in Table Properties

You have to reduce font size… , decrease column widths… , change the orientation.

If the table is too wide and if it does not fit the regular size paper, it is better if you go to a different size… that fits. (For ex: from Letter to Legal)

??
No - I’m just talking about the soft report. I don’t want to print it.

My document has three report tabs. One of which has 3 pages…This is unnecessary.

Looking for option in table properties to keep table to 1 page!!!

Try changing the document properties. In the Page lay out, change to A3 or anyother larger size (landscape/portrait), remove the margins (which is 2 cms). 3 Page long report should display in 1 page, if it is A3 portait setting with a small font size.

Thanks…I’ve played about with these with moderate results.

Surely there’s a way to have the table entirely contained on 1 page even if its 1000’s of rows long!!!

Nope.

How would you actually be able to see it… :? .

Hi,

Change the report to draft mode.

Toolbar:

view > Draft mode

Thanks and regards,

If there aren’t too many columns so the table is not too wide you can create columns on the page itself. The table will use those columns to display the data. So with two columns the number pages will be divided by 2 … which is a start
