# syntax error in Footer

HI,

As a part of report template design, we need to have legal disclaimer in the footer part. This we acheived using a Blank cell in the Footer part and pasted the disclaimer content in blank cell. and it worked fine.

However when i try to import the report using rich client with some other user login i get #syntax error in the footer part.

Is there any suggestion to avoid this error and make the content in footer display always irrespective of Login name and environment.

Hi,

The cell content should be independent of User Login.

You may try to define the cell content in Formula Bar as =“Diclaimer Text”
