Does anyone have or does Business Objects have a document that lists all the possible command restrictions for the modules (especially the report module)? Some are obvious (Print Documents, Refresh Documents, View Query SQL, etc.). Some are not so obvious (Report Interactions, Document Interactions, Use Queries).

Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully. Talk slowly but think quickly.
Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice. Mind your own business.
Learn the rules then break some.
Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
Cindy,
All are documented in BO Supervisor’s guide which comes along as a Book with the software.
I think the documentation is also available on BO techsupport site.

There’s a newish document on the tech support web-site with some of this documented.

I’m looking for it. Manuals are few and far between around here and I’d rather have it in soft copy anyway. I’m 4.1 and I don’t think the supervisor manual is available online anymore and the 5.1 would have stuff that doesn’t apply to me.
If you’ve pulled the doc on the BO website, can you tell me how you searched?

The documentation is indeed for V5. The file is SecurityCommands50en.pdf and is under Product Documentation, Deployment section. This is on the Techsupport / Customer support web-site. I think you are right that the V4 guides are no longer on the site but you should still be able to order them through your account manager. I didn’t realise that you were V4 as there are many more commands in V5 which is why I thought you wanted explanations!
