Supervisor 6.5 - "The list of commands is not available

Hi all,

We have recently revived a testing instance of BO 6.5. In Supervisor it is giving a strange error message:

“The list of commands is not available. This module might not be installed on your machine.”

but only when we try to access the Configuration tab for a user. Everything else seems to be working fine. I’ve checked the Admin Console settings against the other instances and they are identical.
We’ve also tried a safe recovery.

Any ideas are most welcome!

I have seen that before, but it’s been forever - I think it was a missing file, or an unregistered dll. Can you reinstall on your PC, a clean pc…?

Hi b,

Thanks for posting so quickly! It’s loaded on a VM that I only have RDP access into, so as a very last resort I can get a clean install. It’s just bugging me that it is something simple!
