Sum not showing at the bottom of the report??

Hello Everyone,
I’ve just started using Business Objects and it is not as easy as it seems!!

I am trying to do a sum function in my vertical table. It seems alright when there are a few rows but when I add in new dimensions to the table and the number of rows increases, the total sum does not show anymore!
Why is this happening?

I tried to add the sum function again and this time BusinessObjects created a column at the far right end of the table which is a duplicate of the column that I am trying to sum together.

When I look at the structure view, I can see the sum at the bottom of the table. However, when I switch to ‘View Results’ , it is not there!
Why? How can I show the sum at the bottom of the table?

Hi Eunice,

Are you sure that it is not now more than one page and you need to go to the last page?

Sounds obvious, but just an idea.
