Submit report API (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)

Hi Friends,

I have got errors like "Submit report API"," Get Pages API". I have gone through the various posts in the Forum topics but,i could not get the Solution. The main problem is if i work on the same report more time(when formating) i am geeting the error automatically.
For this i have recreated the Universe, i have increased Initial pool time and Maximum pool time for Tomcat server and then i have restarted the system so many times. These are all the diiferent answers i have got in th Forum topics. Even though i couldn't get the solution.

Due to this error i could not finish atleast one report since 3 days.

Any one who worked on this, please help me.

Thanks in Advance

WIS-30270 is related to available memory on BO installed machine.

Did you check free size on that drive??

It’s known bug. While changing Variable definitions use ‘Ctrl + Enter’ window , not Formula bar.

Hope it helps you…

Thanks

  1. either The parameters for the connection used by the query are set

****RESOLUTION
Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Launch and

log into Designer.
2. Go to Tools > Connections. The “Connections” window

appears.
3. Select the connection in question from the list and click “Edit.”

The “Edit <database_name> connection” window appears.
4. Verify that

the correct data source is selected.
5. Click “Next.” The “Perform a test”

window appears.
6. Click the “Test Connection” button to ensure the server is

responding.
7. Click “Next.” The “Advanced Parameters” window

appears.
8. Select the “Keep the connection active during whole session” option.

  1. Click “Next.” The “Custom Parameters” window appears.
  2. Click “Finish” and once again to exit the

connection configuration.

Check out both thes resolutions and let me know if this helps.
