Hi Experts,

During BOXIR-3 Installation we’re getting below error.

STU00104 Error.

Unable to create CMS Data base…

Error-

Error :–
bash-2.04$ cat dbcheck.1252045055
Database access error. Reason Loading shared object failed. First tried to
load library libclntsh.a(shr.o) and failed because of error: [Could not
load module /oraclient/OraHome/lib/libclntsh.a(shr.o).
The module has an invalid magic number.]. Second tried to load
library liblibclntsh.a(shr.so and failed because of error: [Could not load
module .
System error: No such file or directory].bash-2.04$

BO–Server Details:

AIX 5.3.0.0
ML 7

Oracle:
10.2.0.0 Oracle client.

Note: Oracle Server is on different server and connection is properly working on BO server.

We would appreciate on Answers

Are you sure you have full control access to the Oracle DB, using the BO service account?

Have you checked your firewall to see that you have read and write access to the Oracle box?

try using the Oracle 32 bit libraries /oraclient/OraHome/lib32

This problem is with your environment (Client configuration) variables… Please set it properly it will work fine…
