Strategy Builder not working

Hi All

I’m using BOXI3.0 and I want use Strategy Builder in Performance manager when I click Strategy Builder then new window appear which show Null message in red color. and Also when I publish Metrics or Goal same message appear in this task.

Why It’s happen Please help me.
