Hi,
If the reports have been published to the Corporate documents then they are stored in a database - in the BO repository.
If they are in users’ Inboxes or Personal documents then the reports are stored in a file system on the BO server.

Hi Mark,
We are using a separate file server for file repository .
(ie, a shared storage)
I want to know how this is configured.
By default the Business objects saves the files on the same server on which it is installed.
I know how to add it when using Publisher.
but i am not sure how to do it without a publisher.
Somebody suggested that it isuing the administartion console>WI Storage Manager>Enable shared storage.
But I am unable to do this.I can enable the shared storage but there is no space to specify the shared storage.
Any help in this regard would be much appreciated
