Still I am not receive my BOCP -BOE Certificate

Hi All,
I completed all BOCP certifications by 21st April 2010.(4 papers).

But still I am not received my BOCP- BOE Certificates, I sent mail many times to kps.businessobjects.kt@sap.com, but I did n’t get any reply.

Could you please help me any one of this.
