I am trying to start Desktop Intelliegence from the Start Menu and I get a message Internal Error 9invocation failed due to an HTTP error : HTTP 401 : )
The only way it seems I can start Desktop Intelligence is if I go into Infoview and Click New and Desktop Intelligence. I did this the first time after I’ve installed Desktop Intelligence. I expected to be able to run DESKI from my Start Menu afterwards. I can’t seem to. Did I not get a key generated and downloaded? Not sure why this isn’t working? Does anybody have any ideas? We really want to be able to run DESKI from the Start Menu not Infoview. This was how v6.5 worked, is XI totally different.
