Stacked bar chart with time scale on yaxis

Hi Guys,
I have a requirement where my client want a stack bar chart…with time on yaxis and dates on xaxis…
I work for health services, we have one month activities of a operation theatre.
I have patients demographics his Anaesthesia Start,Anesthesia finish(operation start),operation started and operation finished.My client wants these timing points to been shown as stacked bar chart and we may have more than one operation on each date.

Are these timing points can be done in BO or Do I need to use Xcelsius?
