We are using BOXI 3.0 and windows AD authentication, and single sign on configuration.
when we are trying to create sample webi reports at times we are facing an error saying that SSO configuration failed and this is inconsistent. At times we use to get and at times we are not and also some users might get where other users are able to work with it with out any errors.
i am not able to attach a screenshot: below is the error mesage that is coming up:
A database error occured. The database error test is : (CS) “SSO failed in CMS, contact your sysadmin for details: An error has occured propagating the security context between the security server and the client. Please contact your system administrator.”.(WIS 10901)
