SSO @ Deski (some users can others don't) Why?

Hello,

I’m using BO XI R2 SP2 with FP 2.6.

The SSO in Deski (NT Authentication) works only with some users. Do someone have any idea why this happen?

If it works for some users and not others, what are the symptoms for when it doesn’t work ?

Are you using a system name or a cluster name ?

Hello,

For users that for which it doesn’t work (only 2 of more 200), the following message appears:

[repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed(The Active Directory Authentication plugin could not authenticate at this time. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your technical support department.(hr=#0x80042909)

If the users enters his password in the standard login form, it works perfect.

I had a look to the user’s profile via an LDAP-Explorer Tool, but nothing seems to be wrong here …
