Sorry, Help I'm New

Hi
I have
SAP Business Objects Dashboard personal edition 4.1 support pack1 installed on my pc and since a couple of week I when I click on send to powerpoint an error message keep on appearing
"Could not generate the flash file (SWF) unable to inizialise the SWF generator, Try again and if the problem persists contact your customer support representative.
The message keep on appearing. Do you have any ideas? I have to launch my new dashboard in my company and unfortunately I can’t

Okay, a little troubleshooting:

Has it ever worked?

Did anything else (Windows update, Java update, Flash update) happen around the same time that it stopped working?

Are you able to generate a preview of the dashboard?

If you choose “Export Preview” from the File menu, does it work?

Did you add anything new to the dashboard (particularly a new type of connection) around the time it stopped working?
